  Jim and his team are easy to work with and truly understand the concept of customer service. Aside from making it very easy to buy the insurance we need at a competitive price, they've proven that they will will go the extra mile to ensure you are well cared for. This includes digging in on claims to help expedite when needed. On a recent claim for my car, Jim and his team followed the claim for me and when I needed special help with part of the process, Jim personally took action on my behalf. I can't recommend Jim, his staff and State Farm highly enough. Having been with another Insurance company previously, I have been treated fairly and saved a huge amount on my premiums. They have a customer for life!

  This was one of the best decision I made to switch to Jim Rollo State Farm. My savings in premium was significant. All the staff are professional and very helpful. Recently I filed a claim and Antonella from State Farm was relentless in ensuring it was processed to my satisfaction. I want to Thank Jim and his team for the excellent work they are doing!
